Marcos Croskey is a multidisciplinary creative and marketing leader from the Antelope Valley. Rooted in his Black and Mexican (Tijuana) heritage, he combines expertise in visual storytelling, graphic design, animation, cinematography, and brand strategy to deliver high-impact creative experiences.

As Head of Brand & Marketing at AV ALTA FC, Marcos leads the club’s brand vision, ensuring every touchpoint—from campaigns and social media activations to player jerseys, billboards, and event experiences—reflects a cohesive and compelling identity. Under his leadership, AV ALTA FC sold out its first home match with 5,345 fans, reached over 4 million social media views in a single month, and grew its following to 23,000+ in under a year.

Marcos has collaborated with major brands including Pepsi, Domino’s, Toyota of Lancaster, Chick-fil-A, U.S. Outdoor Lighting, JT4, Visit Big Bear, and many more, delivering elevated visuals and strategic campaigns that balance creativity with measurable results.

Passionate about storytelling, design, and mentoring the next generation of creatives, Marcos continues to push boundaries in brand marketing and visual storytelling, leaving a lasting impact across every project he touches.
